It also offers mental-health options such as Wiley treatment planning and e-prescribing. Those capabilities make it a reasonable candidate for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, case-management, and social-service practices.

TheraNest is not Ensora Health’s SLP, OT, or PT product. Ensora’s own discipline pages direct rehab therapy practices, including practices with pediatric caseloads, to Fusion instead. Callie serves SLP, OT, and PT practices and supports evaluation, plan-of-care, progress, SOAP, and custom note templates. It also connects recurring schedules to reminders, telehealth, payments, eligibility, and claims. An SLP, OT, or PT owner should compare Callie with Fusion or another rehab EHR, not treat TheraNest as a like-for-like alternative.

An SLP, OT, or PT practice has a category problem before it has a feature problem. Ensora says Fusion supports those disciplines across ages, while TheraNest serves mental health. TheraNest’s published pages do not establish rehab-specific evaluation templates, standardized-test scoring, motor-skill tools, or modality-specific goal banks. They also do not establish a workflow for tracking therapy authorization visit limits. A pediatric caseload adds school-year schedule exceptions and communication with authorized adults, but it does not turn TheraNest into Ensora’s rehab product.

The mismatch does not erase useful capabilities. Recurring sessions, group rosters, automated reminders, eligibility checks, and CPT-based insurance billing can matter in many clinical settings.
